Vina Cehovin Barbera

The sun-kissed Barbera grapes produce exquisite dense ruby-red wine, which has a distinct bouquet with a hint of overripe fruit, sour cherry, plum and berries (blueberry). The taste is soft with an aftertaste of mature tannins.

The wine matures in used 500-litre oak barrels for two years, followed by another five months in stainless steel containers.

Food pairing

Barbera pairs well with game, grilled red meat, dried meat cold cuts and spicy cheese.
